By industry standards, we go to absurd lengths to make sure you have the same experience, the same taste, and the same high every time. It’s why we infuse our chocolates for 24 hours instead of the usual 20 minutes, and why we batch testing our live resins and full-spectrum extract, adjusting recipes based on their potency. (To be clear, it’s the industry that thinks they’re absurd. We think they’re a no-brainer.)
The man behind the munchies
A world-class kitchen’s not complete without somebody in a chef’s hat. In ours, that somebody is Julian. Julian joined Insa in November 2020 with more than 45 years of experience as a chocolatier and pastry chef under his belt. He’s consulted with some of the world’s biggest brands on some of the world’s tastiest treats, and now he puts that expertise to use creating mouthwatering cannabis-infused experiences that anybody can enjoy (or at least anybody over 21 years old).
