A big difference between being an adult use customer and a medical patient is that you no longer have to pay the 20% tax on cannabis products. However, that’s not where the savings end. If you visit one of Insa’s medical locations (506 Cottage Street in Springfield, MA or 122 Pleasant Street in Easthampton, MA) within 60 days of obtaining your medical certificate, you are eligible for a $200 punch card. The Punch Card allows you to save $50 when your purchase reaches $100 or more. This can be used once per visit for four visits. At Insa’s medical locations, we also offer weekly sales to our medical patients, including Munchie Monday where you get 15% off Insa edibles + Wax and Batter Wednesday! Buy one gram of wax or batter, get one 50% off every Wednesday. We even offer compassion and veteran discounts to those that qualify.

Visit Insa's medical locations (506 Cottage Street in Springfield, MA or 122 Pleasant Street in Easthampton, MA) within 60 days of certification/recertification to receive a $200 punch card. Newly certified or recertified patients receive a $200 Store Credit Punch Card. Get $50 off every $100 you spend, up to $200 off. One use per visit. Your certification can last from 15 days to 1 year. In order to continue to have access to medical cannabis, you want to make sure not to miss your expiration date. We recommend making a follow-up appointment about two months before your certification expires.
Your state registration expires annually, regardless of your certification date. You may reapply for registration on an annual basis, up to 60 days before the date your registration expires using the state’s online MMJ system. NOTE: If there is any change to the information you submitted for registration (such as name, email, address, or phone number), you must update this information within 5 business days after the date of this change.
Make sure to check the expiration date on your Patient ID card when you receive it, as it may have a different expiration date than your registration. You can renew your card before it expires using the state’s online MMJ system.
