Chez was very helpful and hopefully got my problem resolved . I have been shopping at the West Bay location and for the past few months they have not been able to fix my redemption promotions or sign me up to receive my discount accumulate points etc . I went to West Bay INSA today to shop again and I asked the Manager before you ring up my product have you fixed my account to accumulate points and get my discount as store policy . The manager was very rude told me no but he could apply my discounts but couldn't fix my name number account setting to start tracking my spending to accumulate my points to redeem. He acted like I was harassing him for asking he was rude and very unprofessional . You take a look at my account and see how much I have spent looking at your surveillance last week when I brought a friend that spent 260.00 I spent 120 and I didn't get my points added my purchase . This has been going on for over a month and I have asked West Bay 4 times and shopped there to be treated like I'm begging for something I'm not intitled to with your program . I'm not happy at all about this . I had to drive 10 miles north of my home to north Clearwater location on 19 to get my account fixed because your Managers at East Bay are incompetent or not to bright with the computer to fix my issues well over due .......Chez was my Super Star great employee....
