- Requirements for Referral Rewards:
- Referred patients must spend at least $25 (pre-discount) per visit.
- The referral card must be physically presented during their visit.
- Cards must be dated and signed by a sales associate.
- Referred patients must join the MyInsa Rewards Program to qualify for their free items.
- Cards are valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.
