This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) governs the application we and our affiliates, subsidiaries and related entities operate. MyInsa application for download on your electronic device is referred to as the “Application” throughout.

Third Party Disclosure in a Medical Program

Do we disclose the information we collect to Third-Parties?
In order to fulfill a patient’s order, patient’s information and ID must be confirmed with regulating entities.  For example, the Cannabis Control Commission in Massachusetts or the Ohio Board of Pharmacy.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third-party products or services on our application. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.
