Exchange and Return Policy

The Company stands behind the quality of its products. Our products are tested by an independent laboratory and are subject to external approval by our regulatory partners. Quality control is built into our processes at all levels in order to provide the highest quality cannabis products to our Purchasers.

MEDICAL CANNABIS PRODUCTS PURCHASED AT INSA

If a product purchased at Insa is found to be defective or if a customer is unsatisfied with the quality of the product it may be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value within 30 days of purchase. Bulk purchase returns of 3 units of the same or similar product type are subject to manager approval. Vapes products can be returned or exchanged only if they are deemed defective or non-functioning. Any other product that is unused and unopened can be exchanged within 24 hours at the manager’s discretion.

 

To be considered for an exchange, customers must bring the defective or unsatisfactory product along with a receipt of purchase. For customers who have opted to create a profile in our system, proof of purchase can be electronically verified with a photo ID.

 

Due to regulatory requirements, cash refunds will not be given for any purchased cannabis products that have been taken outside of the dispensary. Refunds will only be available in the form of replacement products.

 

Please be aware that Insa can only accept exchanges for adult-use cannabis products at an Insa location licensed to dispense adult-use cannabis products. Likewise, Insa can only accept exchanges for medical cannabis products at an Insa location licensed to dispense medical cannabis products.

 

Insa reserves the right to deny exchanges for any reason.

 

ADULT USE/RECREATIONAL CANNABIS PRODUCTS PURCHASED AT INSA

ACCESSORIES PURCHASED AT INSA

Defective or broken accessories purchased at an Insa dispensary that have not been used may be exchanged or returned for a refund at any Insa location within 30 days of purchase.
