Definitely a new favorite of mine. Walking in and seeing the products and the information was amazing. Not just computers to order. Caleb was very helpful and he picked all my products and they are great. Thanks for a fun experience i will definitely be back and spread the word.

As someone who has worked in the cannabis industry for years, I am an extremely picky when it comes to my cannabis producte. I’ve been to every dispensary around the Mentor area and hands-down Insta is the best. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It feels like you are walking in to your friend’s house instead of a business. They have a large selection of products that is updated pretty frequently. Prices are about the same as everywhere else, however products are put on sale often and the daily deals are fantastic. I have had no issues with quality even with the lower priced stuff. Every thing gets me right where I want to be effect wise, and all the carts I have bought have been very smooth on the throat and taste nice. Absolutely beautiful dispensary 😍 Beautiful people with a wide selection of goodies. Sam was fabulous selling me my NEW PUFFCO!!!! So excited to get to use it! I will definitely be back for all the smiles and goodies 🩷

Hunter is hands down the best employee in this dispensary! INSA is lucky to have someone who not only works so hard but cares so much about customers and puts pride into his work. Very rare to find that these days!!

I have been to a few dispensaries since they legalized recreational marijuana. The staff here were very helpful. Their inventory is large. I would definitely recommend and I will be going back. I think Stephanie was the staff member who helped me.

Love this dispensary. Prices are meh, just got to look out for the sales they have pretty often. Employees are super nice. Everyone of them ! Been here maybe 20 times and never a bad experience. Always leave in a good mood.
