I’m so happy with INSA Willoughby Hills! They are actually farther away than the two other dispensaries in my area, but they are the only one I use now.
The prices tend to be lower than the other dispensaries, and they have more product, with different selections.
The staff there are great, they know what works for different medical conditions, and how it affects people. They must be trained to know the product, and how to treat consumers, because they are more knowledgeable that I have found in other places. They treat their customers with respect, and are always willing to take the time to help in any way they can. Even when the product is in a different form than you are used to, they explain the process to use it, and can recommend what hardware you can get to use it.
The store and location are great. There is plenty of parking, and more handicapped parking too. The store is very well organized and maintained. They have a large area that shows what they have, the form it is, and the hardware that they have for sale. It’s bright and cheery, and kept up.
Between the staff, and the store, you can’t go wrong with Insa. I can’t express how much I’m impressed with them. I’m always treated with kindness and respect, and the knowledge of the staff is fantastic. I’ve never waited more than a few minutes, and are usually taken right away. They always have enough staff to accommodate the needs of their customers, whether they are medical or recreational users.
I highly recommend Insa.
