Medical Cannabis Products Purchased at Insa

Insa provides medical cannabis products for the most sophisticated and discerning patients, and we guarantee our patients 100% product satisfaction.

If you wish to return a medical cannabis product due to a product defect, an error in dispensing, or a product recall please cease use of the product and return it immediately for an evaluation by dispensary staff. If within 30 days of purchase and eligible for a return, dispensary staff will process the return for a cash refund or, if the patient wishes, they may purchase a “replacement” product. Dispensary staff will determine eligibility for a replacement product in accordance with Insa’s Returns and Exchanges policy and all applicable regulations. Patients who do not intend on consuming any part of a medical cannabis product dispensed by Insa may return it for proper disposal at any time. Insa reserves the right to deny exchanges for any reason.
