Annual Electricity Usage Report (2024)
Per Connecticut General Statutes Section 21a-421m, cannabis establishments must report annual electricity usage and the percentage derived from Class I Renewable Portfolio Standards. Class I renewable energy sources include solar, wind, fuel cells, and other clean energy technologies. Connecticut requires electric providers to source an increasing percentage of their power from these renewable sources each year.
