MyInsa Rewards Terms & Conditions
25% Off Loyalty Discount*: Must be used within 90 days of reaching 200 points. Only one 25% Off Loyalty Points Discount can be used per transaction. Loyalty Points Discount applied at checkout when order is completed. Loyalty Points Discount not reflected online. Loyalty Points Discount can be applied to all items except ground flower, apparel, accessories, devices, gift cards, doorbusters, featured items and last chance items. Loyalty Points Discount cannot be combined with the New Patient Discount or Card Renewal Discount. Additional terms apply, see below.
New Customer Discount*: Second New Med Customer Discount must be used within 90 days of first New Med Customer Discount. Additional terms apply, see below.
Card Renewal Discount*: Must be redeemed within 90 days of renewing your Med Card. Card Renewal Discount is valid once per year, following the renewal of a customer’s medical card. Additional terms apply, see below.
Refer-a-Friend Discount*: Both you (referrer) and your friend (referred) must sign up for MyInsa Rewards Program. Refer-a Friend Discount is activated when referred patient makes first purchase. The referred patient will receive the New Patient Discount for 50% off their first two visits. Refer-a-Friend Discount must be redeemed within 90 days of the referred patient’s New Patient Discount redemption. There is no limit to the number of referrals that a referring patient can provide. Limit one 25% Off Refer-a-Friend Discount per transaction. Additional terms apply, see below.
Birthday Discount*: Applied at checkout when order is completed; discount not reflected online. Can be applied to all items except ground flower, accessories, devices, gift cards, doorbusters and last chance items. Additional terms apply, see below.
Senior Mornings Discount*: Valid for customers over the age of 55 on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays until 12pm Eastern Time. Must show valid ID card. Additional terms apply, see below.
Veterans Discount*: Valid only for medical patients. Must show a current Veteran ID Card (VIC), present DD214, or show driver’s license with the “V” emblem at time of first purchase. Does not stack. Additional terms apply, see below.
Compassion Discount*: Valid only for medical patients. Financial hardship discount is available to all qualified medical patients verified by one of the following: Supplemental Security Income benefit verification letter or Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) statement from the current year or Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) award letter. Insa Day*: On the third Wednesday of each month, get an additional 10% off if you’re wearing your Insa gear during the time of your transaction. Additional terms apply, see below.
