Celebrating Pride Month: Insa’s Commitment to Equality and Inclusion
At Insa, our commitment to creating and maintaining an inclusive environment for LGBTQ+ employees, patients, and customers is at the heart of our mission. Our Ongoing Commitment
Since opening our doors, Insa has been dedicated to supporting a variety of beneficiaries across the markets we serve, with a strong focus on the LGBTQ+ community. Our efforts include donations, sponsorships, and active participation in events that promote equality and acceptance. We are proud to partner with local charities and organizations, creating a better future not just for Insa, but for everyone who supports our industry and company.
Supporting LGBTQ+ Organizations
Insa’s support for the LGBTQ+ community is evident through our contributions to several organizations:
- North Shore Alliance of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender Youth (nAGLY)
- Pennsylvania Equality Project
- Project Out
- Additionally, we are excited to participate in and sponsor the Springfield Pride Parade and the Cleveland, Ohio Pride Parade.
Fundraising Initiatives
After two successful years of our rainbow Dart battery donation program in Massachusetts, which raised nearly $40,000 in 2022 and 2023 combined, we are expanding our efforts in 2024. Throughout June, we will support several local organizations with awareness and fundraising campaigns:
- In Massachusetts, $1 from every 100mg Tablit & Drop unit sold will go to the Springfield Pride Parade Organization and Boston Pride For The People.
- In Florida, $1 from every 100mg Edible unit sold will go to the ACLU of Florida.
- In Ohio, we will support the ACLU of Ohio.
- In Connecticut, we will support the New Haven Pride Center and the Hartford Pride Parade.
We are also excited to distribute newly designed Insa Pride T-Shirts to all employees, celebrating our commitment to Pride Month.
