Insa, Inc is a Massachusetts company, hereinafter referred to as “Company.” The Users of this application may also interact with the company through Insa, LLC in Pennsylvania, D&D Accounting Services, LLC d/b/a Insa – Cannabis for Real Life in Florida, or Insa Ohio, LLC. The three additional entities are also considered to be the “Company.”
By using the application, whether by participating in any loyalty programs or by entering into promotions, including but not limited to raffles, contests, giveaways, specials or limited time offers, hereinafter referred to as “Offers,” provided by the Company, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:
The Company reserves the right to amend, modify or discontinue any Offers or Terms. You agree that you are legally eligible to access the licensed facility operated by the Company where you receive these Terms. You agree that you have limit\ed the access to the MyInsa application to only those who are 21 years of age or older, regardless of the existence of a Family Group or Family Sharing plan for your device.
You agree that the cost of any raffle tickets purchased are to cover operational expense of the Company and the odds of winning are based on the number of tickets sold. You agree that the advertised date, time and location of the Offers or other promotions may be altered or discontinued at any time by the Company or by a regulating entity. Winners of Offers made in Massachusetts agree to the use of their name or likeness in future advertising. Additionally, the Company agrees to not disclose the private health information of its patients in a medical cannabis program in Florida, Pennsylvania, Ohio or Massachusetts.
You acknowledge that any contact information provided, including but not limited to phone number, email address, or home address will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties. This information may be used by the Company to contract you with respect to any Offers
The materials on this application are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. The Company’s obligations with respect to our products and serves are governed by the agreement under which they are provided and nothing on this application should be construed to alter such agreements. Applicable law may not allow the exclusion of warranties, so this exclusion may not apply to you.
